Getting started.

  1. 01 Sign up (Continue with Google or email) — a short 3-step setup follows.
  2. 02 Tell us about your shop: cost source, where stock comes from, currency.
  3. 03 Bring your Etsy shop in — the fastest way is Import your Etsy data (CSV); or connect Etsy directly. (Shopify support is coming soon.)
  4. 04 Your first import runs — order counts appear as orders are imported.
  5. 05 Add what your products cost to make — open Stock → Products, add materials to a product's recipe. (This step makes your numbers more accurate, and you can do it any time.)
  6. 06 Read your first per-order profit — open Orders and check the Net column, or open an order for the full breakdown (after fees, shipping and COGS).

Importing from Etsy (CSV).

In Etsy, go to Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data. Download two CSVs: Order Item CSV (pick a year) and Monthly Statement CSV (pick each month you want).

In foliascore, go to Import your Etsy data — drop the Order items CSV first, then your Monthly statement for fees and net payout.

Etsy's CSV exports can lag — if a recent order isn't showing, re-download the CSVs in a day or two and re-import them.
