In beta · bookkeeping for makers
Know what your work actually earns.
foliascore connects to your shop — Etsy today, more platforms coming — and shows what every order really paid you: after fees, payment processing, shipping, and materials. Or import your data and go.

Works with
You sold $4,000 last month. So why does your bank account say otherwise?
Between the marketplace's transaction fee, payment processing, offsite ads, shipping labels, and the supplies in every piece, most makers are guessing at their real profit. Many only learn the real figure at tax time. Your 1am spreadsheet is wrong because these costs are hard to track by hand.
Every order, fully accounted.
Example order — Etsy's published US seller ratesRates as of 2026-07-19. Fees vary by country and settings — see the full fee calculator.
foliascore shows that line for every sale — automatically.
Your sales sync themselves.
Orders, revenue, and payouts sync from Etsy automatically. Add what things cost — foliascore does the rest of the math.
Every order, fully accounted.
foliascore shows the full cost line for every sale, automatically — every fee and every material included.
Real profit, kept up to date for you.
Your sales and payouts sync straight from your shops, so revenue stays current. Add your costs — materials, supplies, packaging — for your real profit. foliascore records costs at the moment of sale, so changing a price next month won't change last month's profit.
Stock that matches your workbench.
See what's on hand, what's running low, and what you need to buy before your next market — for finished pieces and their materials.
Tax season, already done.
Your income, fees, and cost of goods for the year stay in one place, all year. When your accountant (or the tax form) asks, the number is already there.
Your whole shop at a glance.
Every order arrives on its own — what you sold, what the platform took, what you were paid. Add your costs and you've got real profit by month, by year, and per order, with the yearly figures ready for tax season.
Per-order profit, automatically
Every sale brings in its revenue, the fees the platform took, and your payout. Pair those figures with your costs to see which listings are profitable — and which just keep you busy.
Costs that stay current
Enter your product costs once. Each new order applies those costs automatically — no monthly catch-up, no rebuilds.
Numbers your accountant can use
See profit by month, by year, and per order. Your platform fee statements stay one click away when tax time comes.
Works with your shop.
Connect the marketplace you already sell on and your orders, revenue, and payouts sync automatically — no exports, no copy-paste. Add your costs once, and every order shows its real profit.
Orders, revenue, and your net payout sync automatically. Upload your monthly Etsy statement and the full fee breakdown — buyer fees, processing, ads, refunds, VAT — fills in down to the cent.
More platforms are coming. Do you sell somewhere else? Tell us which platform and we'll prioritise it.
Built for makers, not bookkeepers.
If you sell jewellery, candles, ceramics, prints, leather, or anything you make yourself, foliascore is for you. The app suits makers who would rather spend the evening making things than tracking their numbers.
foliascore is simpler than full accounting software. The app is what you sign up for on a Sunday night when you realise you have no idea what you're actually making after fees.
- You run an Etsy shop — or more than one shop.
- You track by hand and are tired of tracking, or you do not track at all.
- You do your own books, or you hand ready numbers to your accountant.
- You have no separate business bank account (most beginner sellers don't have one).
foliascore is not for dropshippers, high-volume resellers, or teams that need full double-entry accounting. If you make the thing you sell, foliascore is built for you.
How it works.
You see your shop's numbers in three steps.
- 01
Continue with Google.
One click signs you in. We never see your password.
- 02
Connect your shop.
The connection is read-only and takes about two minutes. We pull your orders and what you were actually charged on each one.
- 03
See your numbers.
You see real profit per order, per product, and per month — not gross sales.
Add what your products cost to make whenever it suits you — each cost you add makes the profit figures more precise.
No credit card required.
Your numbers have to be right.
foliascore pulls directly from your shop's records — the same source your payment account is built from. Access is read-only. foliascore never changes your listings, prices, or orders. Your data is yours — export or delete it any time.
A note from the maker
I run an Etsy shop too. foliascore exists because my own spreadsheet told me a product line was profitable when it wasn't. Fees and materials had erased the profit, and I couldn't see the shortfall. I built the tool I needed. If something's wrong or missing, tell me and I'll fix it: hello@foliascore.com.
Beta · everything unlocked
Free during beta.
We're still learning what works before we set prices. Every feature is free right now — no caps, no credit card. Tell us what's missing while you use the app — there's a feedback button inside, and a real person (me) reads every message.
When we introduce pricing, the free tier will stay free for hobby shops. The free tier keeps the full platform fee breakdown from your monthly statement, your material costs, exports, and the dashboard. Sellers who join during beta get an extended free period on the paid features, and notice before anything changes.
Things you might be wondering.
Makers ask these questions first.
Is it safe to connect my shop?
What do I actually have to do?
Do I have to enter past orders by hand?
Do I need to enter recipes for every product?
How much does it cost?
Do you support more than one channel?
Can I export my data?
Run last month through it.
Connect your shop or import your Etsy CSV — ten minutes from now you'll know what every order actually paid you. The app is free during beta, and no credit card is needed. Feedback gets a reply from a real person.
